和第二部相比，还是仓促了许多，再多打磨两年剧本会更好
1 Jim Gordon: I knew Harvey Dent. I was his friend. And it will be a very long time before somesone... inspires us the way he did. I believed in Harvey Dent.
开场的这句话说的是哈维，但戈登警长心中的这个激励大家的真正其实是英雄蝙蝠侠。谎言的痛苦在于只有你一个人知道真相。
戈登: 我认识哈维丹特. 我曾是他的朋友. 已经很久没有人...像他那样激励我们了. 我相信哈维丹特.
2 Selina Kyle: There's a storm coming, Mr.Wayne. You and Your friends better batten down the hatches. because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.
Bruce Wayne: You sound like you're looking forward to it.
Selina Kyle: I'm adaptable.
这里的对白主要还是刻画猫女的人物性格：她对现实的厌恶和事不关己的处事态度。
塞琳娜:暴风雨要来了, 韦恩先生. 你和你的朋友们最好先做好准备. 因为当它到来的时候, 你就会惊讶于曾经认为自己可以奢侈的生活而不去管别人.
布鲁斯韦恩：你听起来好像很期待。 塞琳娜：我的适应能力比较强。
3 Catwoman: My mother warned me about getting into cars with strange men.
Batman: This isn't the car.
猫女搭乘蝙蝠飞行器时的对话，在崛起中是最拉风最有用的，戏份最多的装备就是这只“蝙蝠”。身体早已大不如前的老爷依靠它才能够力挽狂澜。
猫女：我妈妈曾叫我不要做陌生人的车。 蝙蝠侠： 这个不是车。
4 Catwoman: I blow that tunnel open, I'm gone!
Batman: There's more to you than that.
Catwoman: Sorry I keep letting you down.
Catwoman: Come with me. Save yourself. You don't owe these people any more! You've given them everything!
Batman: Not everything. Not yet.
预告片中就出现的，发生在猫女获得蝙蝠侠的摩托时的对话。布鲁斯成为蝙蝠侠的初衷就是创造出一个象征，来激发每个人心中的正义。然而看到因恐惧而失去秩序破败的高谭市，他深知还没有真正达到他的初衷。
猫女：我把隧道炸开后就离开这里！ 蝙蝠侠： 你不会就这样离开的。 猫女： 抱歉又要让你失望了。
猫女：跟我一起走吧。救救你自己。你已经不欠他们了！你给了他们你的所有！ 蝙蝠侠：不是所有，还没有给出我的所有。
5 Batman: So that's what that feels like.
在楼顶，蝙蝠侠一转头的功夫猫女就不见了，结果老爷来了一句很幽默的自我吐槽。
这个地方中文翻译还是偏差较大的，可能因为翻译人员对蝙蝠侠前两部作品不熟悉的缘故，翻成了“走也不打声招呼”（当然我看到这里也会心的笑了...） 原对话对fans来说还是有笑点的。
蝙蝠侠： 原来这种感觉是这样的。
6 Roland Dagget: I paid a small fortune...
Bane: And you think this gives you power over me?
跟暗黑骑士中一样，那些沉浸在物质中腐化的人总想用自己的价值观去揣测那些对钱已经完全没有兴趣的特殊个体。总之一句话：该死！
达盖特： 我付给了你钱。 贝恩： 所以你认为这给了你高于我的权利？
7 John Blake：Don't you want to know who he is?
Jim Gordon: I know exactly who he is , he's The Batman.
布鲁斯的生活的两面中，蝙蝠侠是他真正的自我，而那个花天酒地的亿万富翁却成了面具。戈登深知这一点。对他来说，蝙蝠侠的真实身份是什么无所谓，他也不在乎。
布莱克：你不想知道他是谁么？ 戈登： 我知道真正的他是谁，他是蝙蝠侠。
8 Bane: Oh, you think darkness is your ally.But you merely adopted the dark;I was born in it. moulded by it. I didn't seen the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but BLINDING!
Bane: The shadows betray you , because they belong to me!
老爷与贝恩的第一场恶斗，惨败收场。早已过了鼎盛时期身心俱疲的蝙蝠侠面对身体与精神远超于他的贝恩，颓势尽显。
贝恩： 噢，你觉得黑暗是你的盟友。但你只不过是适应了黑暗；而我却是诞生于黑暗的，被黑暗所塑造的。直到成年我才第一次看见光，对我来说它只不过是很刺眼而已！
贝恩： 阴影背叛了你，因为他们属于我！
9 Catwoman: About that whole no guns thing...Turns out I'm not as committed to it as you are.
蝙蝠侠与猫女的不同在于蝙蝠侠会严格的遵守某一准则，而猫女有时却会为了个人的安危而破坏某些原则甚至是道德。
猫女：关于那个不准开枪的事情...事实证明我不能像你一样一直遵守。
Bane ：Peace has cost you your strength! Victory has defeated you!
八年后的蝙蝠侠早已失去了他曾经的力量，正是因为这样，崛起对蝙蝠侠来说也是一种需要。
贝恩：和平的代价是失去你的力量！正是你的胜利打败了你！
11 Bruce Wayne: How dare you use Rachel to try to stop me?
Alfred: I am using the truth, Master Wayne. Maybe it's time we all stop trying to outsmart the truth and let it have its day. I'm sorry.
Bruce Wayne: You're sorry? You expect to destroy my world and then think we're going to shake hands?
Alfred: No... no, I know what this means.
Bruce Wayne: What does it mean?
Alfred: It means your hatred... and it also means losing someone that I have cared for since I first heard his cries echo through this house. But it might also mean saving your life. And that is more important.
Bruce Wayne: Goodbye, Alfred.
这是老管家为了阻止布鲁斯时的对话，可见管家对韦恩家族和布鲁斯都是感情深厚。之前的布鲁斯是一直无法接受瑞秋的死这个现实，然而现在又要面对瑞秋在死前已决定嫁给哈维的又一个残酷事实。
布鲁斯： 你怎么能用瑞秋来阻止我？ 阿尔弗雷德： 我是用事实，韦恩少爷。也许该是时候我们都停止掩盖事实让他们为人所知了。我很抱歉。 布鲁斯： 你很抱歉？你认为能够颠覆了我的世界又当做什么都没有发生吗？
阿尔弗雷德： 不...不，我知道那意味着什么。 布鲁斯： 它意味着什么？ 阿尔弗雷德： 它意味着你会怨恨我...也意味着我将失去那个从第一次听到他的啼哭在这所房子回荡就开始关心着的那个人。但是那还意味着拯救你的生命。对我来说这是最重要的。 布鲁斯： 再见，阿尔弗雷德。
12 Daggett: Can we get some ladies in here?
Catwoman: Careful what you wish for.
[Catwoman attacks Daggett and pins him up against the wall]
Catwoman: What's the matter, Cat got your tongue?
Daggett: You dumb bitch.
Catwoman: Nobody ever accused me of being dumb!
Daggett: You're dumb; for coming here.
Catwoman: I want what you owe me!
猫女找达盖特要回酬劳的一段对话。诺兰的猫女还是很招人喜欢的，配乐、台词、动作戏、和打扮都很到位。
达盖特： 这里能有些女人么？ 猫女： 要小心你想要的东西。
猫女：怎么了，舌头不听使唤了吗？（这句俗语里面有“猫”） 达盖特： 你这个蠢婊子。 猫女： 从来没人说我蠢！ 达盖特： 你来这就很蠢。 猫女： 我是来拿你欠我的东西！
13 Jim Gordon: I see a beautiful city and a brilliant people rising from this abyss. I see the lives for which I lay down my life, peaceful, useful, prosperous and happy. I see that I hold a sanctuary in their hearts, and in the hearts of their descendants, generations hence. It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that I go to, than I have ever known.
双城记的我就不翻译了。不糟蹋经典了。
14 Trader #1: This is a stock exchange. There's no money for you to steal!
Bane: Brother. Then why are you people here?
交易所中贝恩的一段对话。崛起中贝恩的台词中有很多亮点。
交易员：这是股票交易所。这里没有钱给你抢！ 贝恩：老兄，那你在这干什么呢？
